The Mischief Moose

The Nighthold
7 of 10 Heroic

Welcome to Mischief Moose Team!!! ***We are going on break until Battle of Azeroth... Please feel free to apply for any position prior to raiding opening. *** The Mischief Moose Team raids on Mondays from 5 pm to 8 pm (server time is PST). We are a casual / norm raiding team; however, we will do a few heroic bosses when we feel we have outgrown current raiding content. The raid leaders are Poppapawz and Sommer. The team is primarily on Galleon if you wish to change guilds. Please feel free to apply for healing, a DPS spec or backup tank position. Min item level 915 for DPS, 925 for heals or tank with all three relics open, and have run LFR for the current content a few times. Legion Raiding (For 7.3.5) Our goal is to help our team get gear, learn the fights, and with consistency, we will progress. If you are brand new to raiding, we ask that you have run LFR a few times (when Tomb of Sargeras LFR comes available) so that you see some of the mechanics you will be facing, and meet the gear requirements. For other raiders, we ask that you have run other current raids as well as meet our gear requirements. The gear level requirements for raiding for 7.3.5 is a min item level of 915 for DPS, 925 for heals and tank and have all three weapon relics open. ***If we feel that you are not ready, we will talk with you privately and let you know to run more LFRs to get you better gear and/or direct you to someone on the team to help you with your class. For information outside the raid, check out Icy Veins at http://www.icy-veins.com/wow/class-guides or WoWhead at http://www.wowhead.com/classes. However, it is up to you to practice and learn how to play your class. With that said you must be able to do a min of 300k on boss fights on average, but we would like to see closer to 500K or higher. If you are not up to that level you may be asked to sit out. Sometimes things happen and you might be a bit lower, but overall we need high DPS to get bosses down.*** Rules and Information *** For Addons: These addons are MUST HAVE in order to raid going forward from twitch client: GTFO, and Deadly Boss Mob (DBM) or Big Wigs. I cannot stress how important it is to have these addons so that you know when to move out of stuff or move towards an object. Please make sure to download these addons. Additional addons will be announced as we move forward into the new raids in Legion. *** Please have your gear enchanted and gemmed as this will help you perform better. The higher the gear, the better enchants and gems you will want as you progress. Please bring your own food, flasks, and potions as we may not have extra or the correct stat one for your class. ***Do expect WIPES to happen... as with any raiding," Wipes Happen". There are no calling others out, only helpful suggestions. We work and play as a team and a team supports one another. ***Tanks: We ask that you are able to mitigation/dodge the incoming damage, taunt at the appropriate times, and have read up on how to tank each boss we are facing. If you do not understand the mechanics please ask before the pull, and we will explain it as best as we can to you. ***Healers: We ask that you have a full understanding of the fights and know that is better to move out of danger or out of incoming damage. Better to live than to die in a puddle while casting a healing spell. There are various healing addons out there you can download, it is up to you if you want one. However, you can also keybind to do mouseovers, or click and heal. ***DPS: We ask that you hit stuff, don't stand in stuff, and the sake of the team don't pull the whole room with Barrage, Starfall, or Blizzard. :) Remember low DPS will not get bosses down, so please bring your A game and ask questions if you are not sure. The other rules: No toys or costumes on while on the main boss fights, as this leads to lagging the raid team. Again this is about learning to raid, getting gear, and having fun.
